On Wednesday nights I cook a meal for Church members who come to Bible study. Proceeds from the dinner go to the Jamaica Missions Trip.
I love cooking for people and cooking for a large crowd is a fun for me. Before I had ever cooked for a lot of people I was very nervous about it. Would the food be to everyone’s liking? Could I get all the details right and the timing right? After I had practiced a few times at my home, I was ready to cook for others.
Here is a list of meals I make for crowds along with preparation notes. Whenever I make these meals, I’ll come in and make a new post so that each menu links to all the ingredients and preparation notes including how much to buy. Each of the main dishes below has a list of sides and desserts that go with it. I’ll include preparation notes for those as well if needed.
I will also add to this list as I add more meals to my repertoire. Remember: I’ll link to recipes and instructions as soon as I make each meal and get it typed up.
