This Monday, October 4th, I hope you will join us for the Fast And Furious Fall Cleaning Event!
I will give you a plan for cleaning each room in your house, ideas for organizing, decluttering and decorating, and you will supply the Elbow Grease! We’ll get our homes ready for cooler winter and the holidays.
There are a few things you should get together before Monday:
A bucket or something to put cleaning water in.
Cleaning cloths.
Your favorite chemical cleaners or use my natural cleaner recipes.
Broom, mop, dust pan.
Wood polish.
Clothes you can get busy in, “bleach-wear”.
Trash bags or boxes.
Plan on getting the children involved as much as you can, or find some interesting things for the children to do while you are busy cleaning.
If you homeschool, I suggest that you get lessons done early so the children can help out with the cleaning, especially their own rooms.
See you Monday! We will begin in the Dining Area-Dining Room!
Today’s the day! Meet me on the new post and let’s get started cleaning!
Great timing! My inlaws are coming twice in October. You better make me super busy next week! 🙂
This is coming at the perfect time because this weekend we’re going to hang curtains in the Dining Room and we desperately need to get things dusted and pictures hung up. We have a couple of procrastinators in our family so we might have to start early on this so that by Monday we can be on the same page as everyone else!
This is the pick me up cleaning I need! Thanks so much for doing this 🙂
Bless you all!!
Can’t wait, but don’t know how much I ‘l get done because kids will be home on fall break.
Hi Sylvia-
I looked at your recipes for natural cleaners and was really excited about it. I wanted to ask you though where you purchase your essential oils. Have you been able to get them inexpensively? Right now I use a cleaner called Mrs. Meyers and I love it because it is so economical. It dilutes and the bottle lasts so long and it works wonderfully. I also use washing soda, vinegar, baking soda, and borax but I really love the smell of Mrs Meyers. The last time I bought essential oils I found them to be really expensive.
I’m looking forward to it and hope my back will let me keep up!!!
Can’t wait. I will only be able bit and pieces of it, but I still can’t wait to get cleaned up!
Thankyou so much for the recipes, it’s Spring cleaning here but the new recipes are a great help!
{hugs&blessings}
I was about to type something very similar to Kim’s comment. We’re still not 100% sure whether we will sell or rent, but either way the time is approaching for interested parties to start roaming through our home. I’m looking forward to this, and I hope I can devote more time to this than I’ve been able to devote to the Bible Study.
YES! You knew I was waiting for it my friend. This will help me keep my house in tip top shape for when we need to show it.
HUGS
Yay!! I’m so excited!!
