That does look good Sylvia. I have one question about beans though-can eating them give you seriously bad wind and indigestion? It seems that every time (which isn’t often) I cook something with beans-cannilini beans for example, we all get an upset tummy.

Here’s what I recommend:
There is a product here called Bean-O that can be eaten right before the meal. It is a natural enzyme that works breaking down carbohydrates into more easily digested sugars before they reach the colon.
Another thing you can do would be to pre-boil the beans for 2 minutes, allow the beans to sit for 2 hours, drain off the cooking liquid and add more clear water to the beans to finish cooking.
You may also add a pinch of baking soda to the cooking water.
