Earl Grey Teas

Some of the most delicious teas can be made by combining Earl Grey Tea bags with other ingredients. These are my personal favorites.....

Earl Grey /Orange Pekoe -

Bring 1 quart water to a rolling boil

Add 3 Orange pekoe tea bags and 1 Earl Grey tea bag to the water, remove from heat

Allow to steep for 10 minutes

Pour tea into a 2 quart pitcher, add about 1 quart cold water

Sweeten with sugar, add a squeeze of lemon, serve over ice


Earl Grey/Lavender

Bring water to a boil

In a large mug, place 1 Earl Grey tea bag and 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds

Pour boiling water over tea and allow to steep for 5 minutes.

Sweeten with honey
